Queensland fruit fly quarantine area, South Perth (WA)

This boundary is NOT the government's own published polygon โ WA has not published one in a form this system could find. It is a circle computed from the radius the government states publicly: 1.5km for the Red Zone, 15km for the Orange Zone, centred on Como, WA. The true boundary follows property lines and will differ from this circle at the edges. For the exact property-level boundary, see the WA Government's own interactive map at wa.gov.au/qfly. The quarantine area is scheduled to remain in force until 26 September 2026. fruit: Ripe and ripening host fruit must be removed from Red Zone properties every 3 days and cannot leave the zone untreated. vegetables: Fruiting vegetables (tomato, capsicum, chilli, eggplant) are host material under the same Red Zone rules.
